On BlueStacks 4, we can check the version of BlueStacks from the home screen as shown in the image below.
The below steps below will also help you to find out the version information.
1. Click on the 'Screw' icon on the top bar
2. Click on 'Settings' as shown below:
3. It will show you the default setting page as shown below.
4. Click on about at the bottom to find the BlueStacks version.
