Solution for black screen in MagisTV on BlueStacks 5

Why am I seeing a black screen?

If you come across a black screen while streaming any video on MagisTV, where there is no video output but the subtitles are visible, as shown below, this may be due to an issue with the player settings within the app.

To resolve this, you can simply switch to a different player, e.g Player 2, from the "Player Options" in the video. Take a look at the next section for a detailed walkthrough.

How can I resolve this?

1. Within the video that you are watching, click on the downward-facing arrow at the bottom of your screen, as highlighted below.

2. Scroll through until you come across "Player options".

3. Here, select a different player. In this case, we're selecting "Player 2"

NOTE: The player that is currently selected will have a tick mark in front of it.

Once the player has been successfully switched, you can now stream your video without any issues!
