Engine version: 18.104.22.1688 and above
1. Click on drop down menu as shown below in the screenshot.
2. Click on 'Settings'.
3. Navigate to 'Engine' tab, Uncheck the 'Advanced graphics engine mode' option and click on 'Restart'. Changes will be applicable after restarting BlueStacks.
