This article will acquaint you with a workaround for playing PUBG Mobile, in case the game displays a message that your device is not supported at the moment and then crashes.

If you are experiencing the issue described above, kindly navigate "Engine" tab in the "Settings" menu and enable the " OpenGL". Refer to the image below.
This issue sometimes arises due to low memory and can be corrected by allocating a minimum of 1800 MB to BlueStacks.
We recommend increasing the memory allocated to BlueStacks to a minimum of 1800 MB however for a better gaming experience, 2048 MB and more is recommended. You may use the slider as shown in the screenshot above to increase memory allocation. Also, please set the CPU cores to 4.
Click on "Restart Now" button to apply the changes.
