What is FPS and how is it useful?
FPS represents how many frames (images) your monitor is displaying each second. The higher the FPS, the smoother and more responsive the game will seem. BlueStacks now gives you a choice to set FPS from settings.
How can I set the FPS on BlueStacks?
To set a custom FPS, please click on the gear icon on the side toolbar and go to engine.
The slider adjacent to FPS will let you set a custom FPS as desired. The changes will get applied on relaunching BlueStacks.
You can also check the Enable high frame rates to activate frame rates higher than 60 for games that support the same.
You can also check the "Display FPS during gameplay" to display the FPS on the bottom left of the screen during gameplay.
We genuinely appreciate your choosing BlueStacks. We hope you enjoy using it. If you have any further questions, please contact us at support at bluestacks dot com. Thank you very much.
