If you are experiencing the issue described above, please make two simple alterations in the settings. Navigate to BlueStacks settings.
- CPU Cores: Allocate a minimum of 4 CPU cores by pressing the drop-down.
- Memory: Allocate a minimum of 1000 MB by sliding the slider shown below.
Click on "Restart Now" button to apply the changes.
The new update of the app requires the BlueStacks device to have minimum 4 CPU cores and 1000 MB memory. If the allocated memory on your system is already above 1000 MB, please do not change it.
