What logs are collected?

Log files help us to analyze what issues you could be facing. The log file consists of how BlueStacks is performing on your PC/Laptop. After analyzing these files, we can send you a fix that will help solve your issue.

With this new feature, log files are collected for all instances which helps us to see what exactly the problem is and where it could be occurring.

What's new about the process of reporting a problem?

In previous versions of BlueStacks, if you wanted to report a problem for all your instances, you would have had to open each instance and file a separate problem report.

But in BlueStacks 4.210, this process was simplified in order to save the time of our users. Now, you only need to raise a problem report once, for all of your instances.

You can also run all your instances in the background, before you a raise a problem report for them.
