How to play Among Us?
The objectives you need to accomplish will vary according to the role you're playing. Let us go through what you need to do as an impostor or as a crewmate.
How to play as an impostor
While playing as an impostor, your sole purpose is to take out all the crewmates, who are unaware of your true identity. But you must be careful while eliminating them or else you will risk exposing yourself to all the crewmates.
In order to avoid being detected next to any crewmate you've taken care of, you have the ability to make use of the vents in the game. These let you navigate to different sections of the map, allowing you to escape the sight of everyone else.
As an impostor, you can also sabotage different sections of the ship, in order to create chaos and divide the crewmates. For example, sabotaging the ship's O2 supply will make the crewmates run to fix it, as not doing so within time will cause them to lose.
How to play as a crewmate
As a crewmate, your primary mission is to complete all the tasks assigned to you in order to get the ship running. When all the crewmates have successfully finished their tasks, victory will be yours.
You can also win by exposing the impostor, if you find out who it is or at least have a lingering suspicion as to who it is. You can call an emergency meeting where you can discuss with the rest of the crewmates and try to vote the impostor out.
What are the different controls?
Among Us offers two different control schemes for you to choose from, Joystick and Touch. BlueStacks supports both these control setups, and allows you to select what suits you best.
If you choose the joystick scheme within the game and on BlueStacks, you will be able to use your keyboard or gamepad to move around in the game. But, if you select the Touch scheme, your mouse will let you move within the game.
