Solution for an app not launching on BlueStacks 5 when Hyper-V is enabled

How will this help?

If you are not able to launch some apps on BlueStacks 5 Nougat 64-bit or Pie 64-bit for Windows, Hyper-V enabled, you can resolve it by disabling Hyper-V on your desktop/laptop.

  1. Download and run custom .exe file
  2. Click on "OK" to restart your desktop/laptop
  3. Once your desktop/laptop restarts, Hyper-V will be disabled

If you do not wish to download the .exe file, you can also disable Hyper-V through the Command Prompt or the Control Panel using the "Windows features" option. Click on the links below to learn more.

Once Hyper-V is disabled you can use the Multi-instance Manager to create instances of different Android versions as required by the app. To learn more, click here.

Thank you for choosing BlueStacks 5. We hope you enjoy using it. Happy Gaming!
