How to report problems and submit feedback for BlueStacks X

How will this help?

This article will help guide you in how to easily share your thoughts and feedback regarding the BlueStacks X Web and Desktop app with us. 

This can be done through the "Feedback" form within the "Settings" menu in both, BlueStacks X web and desktop app.


How can I share my feedback for the BlueStacks X?

1. Launch BlueStacks X on your browser and navigate to the "Settings" menu by clicking on the gear icon on the left side of your screen.

Submit feedback on the BlueStacks X Web app

After navigating to the "Feedback" tab, you will need to fill in the following details:

  • Please describe your problem, idea, or request in as much detail as possible.
  • Please provide a valid e-mail address. Our Support Team will contact you using this e-mail address.

Submit feedback on the Bluestacks Desktop app

Under the Feedback tab, you will need to fill in the following details:

  • Please describe your problem, idea, or request in as much detail as possible.
  • Please provide a valid e-mail address. Our team will contact you using this e-mail address.
  • Check the box next to "Allow us to collect some info necessary for customer support". This will help us troubleshoot any issue you may be facing.

After filling in the details, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom to send your feedback to us.

3. Once you have submitted your feedback, you will receive an email with your ticket number confirming your submission. Our Support staff will get back to you with an update on the same email address as soon as possible.

A. 
By clicking on Submit, you will be sharing your feedback with us. Our Support staff will analyze your questions and follow up with you accordingly.

Q. Why is my email address required?
A. Our Support staff may contact you by email with a response for your feedback. We may also share helpful information to help you resolve any issues you are experiencing.

Q. How soon should I expect to receive a response?
A. Please be patient while our Support staff reviews and evaluates your feedback. We rank issues based on their frequency and their impact on our community and address them in ranked order. Rest assured, we will respond as soon as we have an answer to your query.
