How can I enable or disable Mobile Notifications?
1. Launch BlueStacks 5, click on the gear icon in the side toolbar to open Settings.
2. Go to Preferences and enable Mobile Notifications by clicking on the toggle button. If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to sign in with your BlueStacks account.
To disable Mobile Notifications, simply click the toggle button again and click Save changes.
How can I link or disconnect a device?
1. Download the BlueStacks Mobile App on your phone by clicking here. You can also scan the QR code given below.
2. Open the BlueStacks Mobile App, click on the Profile icon, and sign in using the same BlueStacks account.
3. Select App Player Notifications and tap Start receiving notifications. Then select View All Devices to confirm your desktop/laptop is linked. Your linked device will appear in the list.
NOTE: Your App Player must be running on your desktop to send notifications to your mobile device.
4. In the App Player, go to Settings → Preferences → Mobile Notifications → Linked Devices. Click on Refresh, and your linked device will appear.
5. You can disconnect a device at any time by disabling the Mobile Notifications toggle in the BlueStacks App Player.
