How will this help?
You can select your preferred speaker (audio output) and microphone (audio input) devices on BlueStacks 5. The ability to select between different audio devices is extremely beneficial during scenarios such as playing multiplayer games, where communication is required among team members.
Another instance where this can be beneficial is during streaming, for example when you have an external microphone connected for voice chat on your stream and inbuilt speakers for game audio, allowing you to moderate your stream audio more efficiently.
You can easily switch between different audio devices from within the "Devices" tab in the Settings menu.
How can I switch between the available audio devices?
1. Launch BlueStacks 5 and click on the gear icon on the Side Toolbar to access the BlueStacks settings.
2. Click on the "Devices" tab in the Settings menu, as shown in the image below.
3. Here, click on the currently selected device under "Speakers" to view the list of the available devices, as shown below.
4. From the list of speakers available, click on your preferred device which you wish to select.
NOTE: Please ensure that the device which you wish to select is properly connected to your PC before you select it from the list.
5. Next, click on the currently selected device under "Microphone" to view the list of the available devices. Click on your preferred device which you wish to select.

6. After selecting the audio devices, click on "Save changes".
Now, you can start using your BlueStacks 5 with the audio devices of your choice.
