Some games require additional files to run properly, such as a different Android version. If you've come to this article from the following pop-up, follow the steps given below to get the required Android version.
We recommend selecting the "Automatically download using BlueStacks X" option in the pop-up as the required Android version will instantly get downloaded and you can start playing after installing the game from the Play Store.
How can I manually download the additional files?
- Click on "Instance" and then select "Fresh instance"
- From the dropdown menu select the Android version of your choice and click on "Next"
- Customize the instance and click on "Download"
- Once the download process is complete, click on "Start" to begin using it
After the new instance launches, search for the desired app using the search bar on the home screen or the Store, as shown below. Install the app on this instance and launch it from your home screen.
