How can I do this?
1. Press the shortcut keys Windows + R to open the Run command box. Then, type "%temp%" in the dialog box and click on OK, as shown below.
2. Delete all the files and folders available in the Temp window and download the cleaner tool to uninstall BlueStacks 5, BlueStacks X and BlueStacks Services.
3. Run the tool after it is downloaded and if you're asked for permission, click on "Yes". After the uninstallation process is completed, you will see a prompt saying "Process has been finished". Here, click on "OK".
4. Download and install BlueStacks 5.14.22 by clicking on the link below.
5. Once it is downloaded, run the file by clicking on it. Then, click on the "Install now" button to start the installation process.
NOTE: We recommend syncing your game data with a social media account before uninstalling to prevent your applications, instances and game data from being removed.
