What does the Disk Cleanup tool do?
The Disk Cleanup tool helps free up disk space by removing leftover files from Android apps that sometimes may still occupy storage on your system even after being uninstalled.
To do this, simply:
- Click on the gear icon on the Side toolbar to access BlueStacks Settings
- Select the “User data” tab
- Click on “Free up space” within Disk Cleanup and follow the on-screen instructions
How can I do this?
1. Launch BlueStacks Air and click on the gear icon on the Side toolbar.
2. Within the Settings menu, select “User Data” and click on “Free up space” within “Disk Cleanup”, as shown below.
3. On the pop-up that will appear, click on “Continue”.
4. The Disk Cleanup tool will then run and free up any unwanted disk space.
Once the process is complete, BlueStacks Air will launch automatically.
