Under rare circumstances, you might face issues while installing BlueStacks on your system. If the installation fails, you should share the installation failure logs on your PC with us, so that we can provide you with a resolution or a workaround. This article will help you do that easily.
Log files will help us understand the cause for such issues and thus, help you in a better and quicker way.
What to do if BlueStacks installation fails on my PC?
If you are unable to install BlueStacks on your PC, please follow the steps mentioned below to send us the install failure logs:
1. Please download this BlueStacks Log Collector Tool. When the download is complete, run the file by clicking on it.
2. If the firewall on your system is running, then Windows might show a pop-up, as shown in the image. Please click on More info.
3. On the next screen, please select Run anyway.
4. A System Log Collector window will open. Please enter your email address here and click on Submit. This will start the collection of installation logs on your PC.
NOTE: This email will only be used to communicate with you. Hence, please provide a working email address.
5. Once the process is complete, you will see a message that reads LogCollection Finished.
6. After this, you will receive a confirmation email on the email address that you had provided in the previous step. This email will have a request number for future references. Once our support team finds a resolution, they will contact you on the same email address.
