How can I share feedback?
1. Launch the OG Store by clicking on the "OG Store" icon in BlueStacks X or launch it from the Windows Taskbar.
2. Click on the "Profile" icon and select "Sign-in", as shown below. You’ll be redirected to your default browser where you can sign up using your Google, Facebook or Discord account. Once you’ve signed in, click on "Continue to the App".
3. Then, click on "Support", as shown below.
4. On the next screen, provide the following information.
- Email address: Enter a valid email address that will be used by our Support Team to contact you.
- Message: Explain your query, feedback, suggestion or issue you're facing in detail.
5. Once you've composed your message and included all the necessary information, click on the "Submit" button.
6. Your message will be sent to our Support Team and you will see a notification confirming that your message has been sent. Click on "OK".
Our Team will review your message and get back to you as soon as possible for further assistance.
