What settings are available in BlueStacks X?
You can use the Settings menu on BlueStacks X to share your feedback with us, manage notifications for BlueStacks Services and much more. To access the Settings menu, click on the hamburger icon at the top right corner of your screen and then select "Settings", as shown below.
There are three tabs under the "Settings" menu in BlueStacks X:
- Feedback - Send your feedback or report any problem with BlueStacks X
- Preferences - Select the language of your choice and manage Windows Push Notifications for BlueStacks Services
- About - Learn about the version of BlueStacks X installed on your desktop/laptop.
Feedback
When you click on the "Settings" icon, you will automatically be presented with the "Feedback" tab on your screen. Here, you can report a problem or send us your feedback by selecting a category type for your concern, describing the problem and entering a valid email address. Once you have filled in the necessary details, click on "Submit".
Preferences
Within this tab you can select the language of your choice and manage Windows Push Notifications for BlueStacks Services.
When you click on the "Preferences" tab, the Language settings will appear. Here, you can change your preferred language on BlueStacks X by clicking on the language of your choice.
To manage notifications for BlueStacks Services, select "Push Notifications" and click on the "Manage Notifications" button. On the "Windows Push Notifications" window, click on the toggle button to enable or disable notifications for Deals & Rewards, Game recommendations and Others.
NOTE: A blue slider indicates notifications are enabled. Click on the toggle button to disable notifications.
About
You can click on the "About" tab to learn more about the version of BlueStacks X installed on your desktop/laptop.
