Solution for when a Nougat 32-bit instance is not supported on your system

NOTE: We highly recommend updating to BlueStacks 5 version 5.20 or above since with the recent improvements, all instances including Nougat 32-bit, will run as intended with Hyper-V enabled or disabled. To learn more, click here.

Why can't I create a Nougat 32-bit instance?

If Hyper-V is enabled on your system, you will see an error as shown below, while trying to create a Nougat 32-bit instance from the Multi-instance Manager.

To resolve this, you will have to disable Hyper-V on your system which can be done by:
