Problem
You may experience crashes or the game closing unexpectedly while playing Ember Ruin on BlueStacks 5.
Cause
This happens because some apps are optimized to run in Portrait mode and may crash if they are launched in Landscape mode.
Solution
You can prevent crashes by switching the game to Portrait mode by following the steps below:
- Launch Ember Ruin on BlueStacks 5.
- From the side toolbar, click the Rotate icon and select Portrait.
- In the pop-up that appears, click Save and restart.
- Once BlueStacks restarts, Ember Ruin will open in Portrait mode and run without crashing.
