Android 11 availability
BlueStacks 5.22.288 onwards, Android 11 will no longer be available for creating new instances through the Multi-Instance Manager.
If you already have an Android 11 instance installed, you can continue using it after upgrading, with your existing instance and data preserved. The steps in this article will continue to apply to your existing instance.
Problem
The game crashes after updating to the latest version of BlueStacks 5 on Android 13 and Android 11 instances.
Cause
This may be due to an issue that occurred while updating BlueStacks 5.
Solution
To resolve this, simply reinstall Pokémon TCG Pocket on BlueStacks 5.
Long-press your left-mouse button on the Pokémon TCG Pocket game icon ➔ Select "Uninstall" ➔ Search for Pokémon TCG Pocket in the search bar or download it from the Google Play Store ➔ Launch the game from your home screen.
