How can I resolve crash or black screen?

1. Launch BlueStacks 5 and click on the gear icon, as shown below.

2. The Settings menu will open up. Here, open the "Graphics" tab.

3. Open the drop-down menu for the "Interface renderer" setting and select "Software".

4. Lastly, click on "Save changes".

5. Click on "Restart now" for these changes to be applied.

You will now be able to stream your BlueStacks 5 gameplay without facing any black screen or crash issues.


I am still facing these issues on Discord. What should I do?

If you're still experiencing an app crash or observing a black screen while streaming BlueStacks 5 on Discord, you can follow the steps below to optimize Discord User Settings.

1. Launch Discord and click on the gear icon, as shown below.

2. The Discord User Settings will open. Here, open the "Voice & Video" tab under "App settings"

3. Now, scroll down until you find the “Screen Share” settings.

4. Turn off the “Use our latest technology to capture your screen” option.
