Why do I see this pop-up and how can I resolve it?
You may see a pop-up while using BlueStacks indicating that your computer is running low on memory. This occurs when the RAM available on your PC is not sufficient for running and using BlueStacks 5.
To resolve this, free some RAM on your computer by following the steps given below.
1. When you see the pop-up indicating low memory on your PC, minimize BlueStacks 5.
2. Close some of the other apps that are running on your PC. You can do this manually or close some apps from within the Task Manager.
To close apps using the Task Manager:
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to launch the Task Manager.
- Select the app that you wish to close.
- Click on "End task" available at the bottom right corner of the Task Manager.
3. After closing the desired apps, open BlueStacks 5 and click on "Okay".
You will now be able to play your favorite games on BlueStacks 5 without any issues.
